East-West Division

Gresham 6

Neopit 5

Gresham moved to 4-1 on the season with a tight win over Neopit, which fell to 4-2.

Joe Ejnik totaled three hits to lead Gresham at the plate. Mike James and Chase Quinney added two hits each. Mitch Pleshek picked up the win on the mound.

Alex Peters IV took the loss for Neopit. Lowell Chevalier tallied three hits to lead the team at the plate.

Tilleda 7

Bowler 4

Tilleda secured its first win of the summer by taking down Bowler, which slipped to 0-5.

Joel Brei pitched all nine innings to earn the win for Tilleda. Stephen Reinke and Matt Brunner each had two hits to lead the offense.

Austin Wolf posted three hits to lead Bowler, while Ezra Spencer added two hits. Landan Kroening suffered the loss.

Little Falls 16

Leopolis 1

Little Falls remained perfect, moving to 5-0 with a convincing eight-inning win over Leopolis.

Chris Dunn secured the win, striking out 12 batters over six strong innings. Cam Gruenwald, Hunter Gruenwald and Scott Aasen each recorded two hits in the win.

Andrew Kristof had two of Leopolis’ three hits in the contest. Kase Kristof took the loss, as Leopolis fell to 2-3 on the season.

Marion 18

Menominee 2

Marion picked up its first win of the season in convincing fashion over Menominee. Marion is now 1-5, while Menominee slipped to 0-6.

Dave Jueds and Jake Westphal tallied three hits each for Marion, while Ryan Mortensen and Alan Parrot each added two. Joe Weyenberg earned the win.

Vincent Grignon finished with two hits for Menominee, while Levi Okimosh suffered the loss on the mound.

Northern Division

Birnamwood 11

Aniwa 1

Birnamwood improved to 4-1 with a lopsided win over Aniwa, which fell to 1-4.

Zach Bembenek picked up the win on the hill for Birnamwood. Brady Erickson, Erik Steigerwald, Tim Rew and Jacob Piotrowski all finished with two hits.

Wade Farmer had three hits for Aniwa. Kody Szews was dealt the loss.

Antigo/Polar 11

Wittenberg 2

Antigo/Polar bumped its record to 3-2 by topping Wittenberg.

Cole Kuenzli earned the win for Antigo/Polar. Jed Weix hit a three-run homer and finished with three hits. Hunter Kirsch also had three hits.

Seth Steliga posted two hits for Wittenberg, which is now 1-6 overall. Dominik Anderson took the loss.

South Central Division

Scandinavia 13

Green Lake 2

Scandinavia eased past Green Lake in seven innings to move to 4-1 on the summer. Green Lake is now 1-4.

RJ Rosenthal and Jason Steinbach each drove in three runs on three hits to power Scandinavia at the plate. Jeremy Dunihoo was the winning pitcher.

Ryan Webber finished with two hits for Green Lake, while Andrew Radloff was handed the loss.
