Wolf River Concealed Carry LLC in New London will hold a Wisconsin concealed carry class from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at New London Fish and Game Club, N5433 Old Highway 45, New London.
The course uses the Wisconsin Department of Justice curriculum, which includes the laws regarding the use of lethal force, where you can and can’t legally carry, holster and caliber selection, handgun safety and more.
Upon completion of the class, people will qualify to purchase a concealed carry permit from the DOJ.
Cost of the class is $80 and includes a booklet and all materials. An optional pistol instruction lesson will be held from 1-2:30 p.m. Cost of the shooting is $30 plus ammo. No previous gun handling experience is required. You may bring your own handgun and ammo to avoid the ammo charge.
Food and drinks will be available at the club.
