Drew Payne won three individual events Thursday as the Gresham-Bowler boys field and track team dominated the Marion Invitational.
Payne, who was named the meet’s boys MVP, won the long jump, triple jump and 100-meter dash. He also was on the winning 4x100-meter relay team with Joe Serrano, Brandon Miller and Trace Miller.
Austin Olsen and Cody Montez were double winners for Gresham-Bowler, which tallied 146 points. Olsen won both hurdle events and placed second in the 200-meter dash. Montez won the 1,600- and 3,200-meter runs.
Andrew Pleshek won the high jump.
Other area teams in the meet were Menominee Indian (63), third; Tigerton (60), fourth; and Marion (43), fifth.
Marion senior Cole Drafahl won the shot put and discus.
Menominee Indian junior Gordon James III won the 200-meter dash.
Manawa (151) won the girls meet, followed by Marion (81), Tigerton (76), Gresham-Bowler (68) and Menominee Indian (27).
Gresham-Bowler freshman Alyssa Roe was a double winner, taking first in the 1600-meter run as well as running a leg in the 4x800-meter relay with Tatelyn Ferguson, LaKeisha Williams and Shannon Caskey.
Marion junior Cassidy Detert won the shot put, junior Kate Breitrick won the long jump and senior Cassidy Wunstrack the 100-meter dash.
Menominee Indian sophomore Ania Smith won the discus.
Tigerton freshmen Angela Hoffman won the 3,200-meter run and Charity Desrochers the 800-meter run.
