After falling behind early, the Hawks were able to cut the deficit to just 3 points late in the second half before the Indians (5-2) pulled away with the game.
Shawano was led by Adam Bartz, Austin Kohl and Zeke Gueths with 11 points each. Bartz also tallied eight rebounds, five assists, two steals and two blocks.
Tyrell Hesse added nine rebounds for Shawano (3-4) in the loss.

Bonduel senior Peyton Czarapata posted a double-double Tuesday night with 24 points and 14 rebounds to help the Bears move past the host Panthers.
Bonduel (3-3), which held a 3-point advantage at hafltime, exploded for 33 points in the second half while holding Reedsville (2-6) to 19 points.
Trevor Pedersen tallied 16 points for the Bears.

Megan Klitzke scored 14 points and added nine rebounds in Monday’s home win.
Senior Erika Dunnam also scored 10 points, while Tori DePerry tallied 6 points to help the Hawks (6-3) get to a four-game win streak.
Sara Hokenstad recorded four steals in the victory over the Indians (3-4).

The Eagles shot 14 percent from the field in Monday’s road, nonconference loss.
Senior Taylor Mahkimetas led the Eagles (6-2) with 10 points.
Menominee Indian has now lost two consecutive games without senior center Ania Smith.

Eagles 6th at Preble tourney
Menominee Indian placed two wrestlers in the top three in the 285-pound weight class Saturday at Green Bay Preble.
Alenex Warrington took second and Leander Moon added a third-place finish in the heavyweight division.
Kyle Komanekin added another third-place finish, while Alonzo Haack and Antonio Mahkimetas each took fourth place.
Eagles sweep Michigan double dual
Menominee Indian travelled to Michigan to compete in a double dual and defeated both Menominee and Florence Tuesday night.
The Eagles had to compete in the Michigan weight classes, making the travel more of a challenge, but Armando Rodriguez, Patrick White, Antonio Mahkimetas, Darius Wayka and Alenex Warrington all posted 2-0 reconds on the day.
Every other wrestler for Menominee Indian earned at least one victory.

The Hawks earned first place finishes in 11 events Tuesday night, including two individual race wins by Griffin Rades and Jeffery Green.
Collin Buerman took first in the 200-yard freestyle and second in the 500 freestyle race. James Krueger, Tyler Buerman and Conner Angeli each earned a first-place finish on the night.
