Shawano girls place 3rd, Bonduel 5th

Shawano combined for a team score of 200, while Bonduel shot 239 at Thursday’s Bay/NEC North Divisional Match at Little River Country Club in Marinette.

Emily Smith led Shawano with a 49, followed by Brianna Zook (50), Gabby Krueger (50) and Julia Beck (51).

Bonduel’s Danielle Lautenbach shot a 50 to lead the Bears. Mariah Diemel posted a 61, while Morgan Cornette and Alissa Tilleson both shot 64s.

Kayla Thielen, of Marinette, was the medalist, shooting a 1-over-par 37. Marinette won the meet with a team score of 180.
