The Central Wisconsin Conference-10 game was decided quickly as Menominee Indian scored 12 runs in the first three innings Tuesday at Keshena.
Kelsey Corn and Shaunte Sackatook each had two-run doubles in the first inning. The Eagles scored in the second on a sacrifice fly by Joan Waukau, an RBI double by Khyla Grignon, an RBI double by Faith Munson and an RBI single by Sackatook. In the third inning, a single by Waukau drove in Merissa Lyons, and Grignon’s double plated Taylor Mahkimetas and Waukau.
Mahkimetas was perfect at the dish, going 3 for 3. She singled in the first inning, doubled in the second inning and tripled in the fourth inning.
Corn pitched the shutout, giving up three hits while striking out nine for the Eagles (1-1, 1-1 CWC-10).
Taylor Hoffman took the loss for Gresham (0-1, 0-1 CWC-10). She allowed 12 runs in three innings, walked four and struck out three.

Tigerton suffered its first Central Wisconsin Conference-10 loss of the young season Tuesday at Almond-Bancroft.
Sarah Gauthier was 2 for 3 for the Tigers (1-1, 1-1 CWC-10). Abby Knaup, Ashley Knaup and Summer Kopitzke each contributed singles.
Summer Kopitzke took the loss. She struck out five, but surrendered 11 hits and 10 walks.
Cami Newby was the winning pitcher. She struck out seven, walked two and gave up five hits in five innings.
