The Clintonville Legion baseball team defended its home turf and knocked off Marion/Tigerton on Wednesday.
Klay Finger put Clintonville on top early with a two-RBI single in the first inning. The Diamond Cats added two runs in the fifth on a trio of hits.
Dylan Danforth picked up the win on the mound, while Colton Kluth earned the save.
Cayden Schoen led Marion/Tigerton at the plate with two hits. Harris also stole two bases, while Austin Hoffmann swiped one base.
Harris took the loss on the mound for Marion/Tigerton.
