The Shawano Community High School boys tennis team battled to a 6-1 match win over Menasha on Friday.
Anton Piantek, Joe Mente and Leo Liu all scored wins for the Hawks in singles action.
Piantek earned a tough 6-3, 6-7 (4), 10-4 victory, while Mente won in straight sets (6-2, 6-2). Liu rallied from a set down for his win (4-6, 6-1, 10-6).
Shawano dominated in doubles action, with the No. 1 team of Cesar Ramirez and Chris Black and the No. 2 team of Wyatt Theis and Rhain Rodenbeck each earning 6-0, 6-0 wins.
Nolan Buck and Rory Johnson received a forfeit win at No. 3 doubles.
