The Hawks cruised to a lopsided Bay Conference victory over the Wildcats on Friday in Green Bay.

The win was the first of the season for Shawano, which now owns a 1-7 record overall and 1-6 mark in the conference.

Clintonville 6

The Truckers could not turn their yards gained into points on Friday in a loss to the Panthers in a North Eastern Conference clash. Clintonville is now 0-8 overall and in the NEC.

Clintonville finished the game with 223 yards of offense. The Truckers rushed for 155 yards, with Sean Finger’s 57 yards leading the way and Bailey Tate’s 55 just behind. Hunter Allender recorded 43 rushing yards.

Finger completed six passes for 68 yards, with Brady Kasson hauling in a 27-yard pass and Brock Smejkal catching two passes for 26 yards.

Wild Rose 46

Marion/Tigerton 6

The Thundercatz could not slow down the Wildcats in a Central Wisconsin Conference-Small Division clash on Friday.

After the loss, Marion/Tigerton’s record sits at 0-8 overall and 0-4 in conference play.

Menominee Indian 14

Costly turnovers and penalties doomed the Eagles in a MONLPC-8 clash with the Blazers on Friday. Menominee Indian slipped to 1-7 overall and 1-6 in the conference.

Darius Wayka led Menominee Indian on offense and defense, rushing for 151 yards while totaling 11 tackles and a sack. Tiger Dixon passed for 111 yards, with Raymond Fish hauling in three passes for 65 yards and Adrien Waupoose catching two passes for 33 yards and also rushing six times for 34 yards.

Fish caught a 29-yard touchdown pass from Dixon while Leone Peters scored the team’s other touchdown on a 5-yard run in the fourth quarter.
