The Bonduel softball team earned its first win of the season in convincing fashion over Rosholt in a Central Wisconsin Conference crossover on Thursday.
Brynn Reinke went 5 for 5 at the plate to lead the Bears. Reinke homered and drove in three runs. Halea Sporisky finished with three RBI on three hits.
Althea Berry earned the win in the circle, surrendering nine hits while striking out a batter.

Shawano made things look easy in a Bay Conference doubleheader sweep of Green Bay West on Thursday.
Breezy Zook sealed the victory in the first game with a grand slam in the fourth inning. Kendra Kristof added three hits while Taylor Johnson earned the win in the circle.
Bayleigh Laabs picked up the win in the second game to help the Hawks improve to 6-4 overall.

Gresham pounded out 18 hits to take down Marion in a CWC-North clash on Thursday.
Hailey Hoffman drove in five runs on two hits to lead Gresham at the plate. Destiny Reindl posted three hits while driving in three runs. Mackenzie Hoffman, Meckenzie Roe and Brooklyn Hoffman all had two RBI.
Hailey Hoffman earned the win in the circle, striking out eight batters while pitching the entire game.

Clintonville dropped a pair of conference matchups with Oconto Falls on Thursday.
Mercede Lorge and Tessa Doornink posted a hit each for the Truckers in game one. Hannah Baird took the loss in the circle, allowing nine runs, only three of which were earned over five innings.
Dakota Watson, Sasha Carrillo and Doornink each drove in a run for Clintonville in game two. Savannah Harbath took the loss in the circle.

The Bonduel baseball team fell short in a nonconference matchup against Oconto on Thursday.
Jordan Boldt led the Bears with three hits while Wyatt Erb drove in two runs.
Parker Bohm took the loss on the mound after allowing four runs on four hits and three walks over 3⅓ innings.

Shawano could not hang with New London in a conference matchup on Thursday.
Casey Baumann suffered the loss on the mound, allowing six runs on eight hits across six innings. Baumann struck out five batters.
The Hawks fell to 4-3 in conference play.

Clintonville fell short in a North Eastern Conference matchup with Luxemburg-Casco on Thursday.
Logan Liesenfelder took the loss on the mound after surrendering four runs on six hits across 5⅔ innings. He struck out four batters along the way.
Colton Kluth tallied two hits to lead the Truckers at the plate.
BOYS GOLF
Shawano 6th, Clintonville 7th at invite
The Shawano boys golf team placed sixth at the Oconto Falls Invite at River Island Gold Course on Thursday.
Jack Czarapata (93), Trenton Strebel (96) and Alex Mueller (97) all finished with 18-hole rounds of under-100. Karsten Anderson (100) and Nick Sherman (105) helped fill out the team.
Clintonville came in seventh, with Jack Goerlinger and Cameron Zeinert each firing rounds of 97. Jarrett Colla (111), Wolfgang Stueck (112) and Ryan Kreiser (119) rounded out the team score.
BOYS TENNIS

The Shawano boys tennis team fell in a Bay Conference match to West De Pere on Thursday.
The Hawks’ No. 3 doubles team of Wyatt Theis and Rhain Rodenbeck fell in a 6-4, 6-3 match while the No. 2 doubles team of Levi Johnson and Cesar Ramirez dropped a 6-0, 7-6 (6) decision.
Camden Kroll, Shawano’s No. 3 singles player, fell in a 7-5, 6-0 decision.
