Amherst 74
Bonduel 34
Amherst defeated Bonduel 74-34 in a Central Wisconsin Conference-East matchup on Friday.
Kylie Guenther led Bonduel with 10 points and Brynn Reinke had four assists and six rebounds.
Amherst was led by Heather Pearson with 24 points.
“Amherst has a very good inside-out game and has multiple scorers, which makes them difficult to defend,” head coach Jerry Reinke said.
Little Chute 49
Clintonville 30
Clintonville couldn’t keep up as it fell to Little Chute on Friday.
“We missed too many point-blank shots again,” head coach Nick Yaeger said. “Our defense also let us down at times. Change those two things and maybe it is different game. Little Chute does a good job of getting the ball inside and we didn’t do a good job of stopping it.”
Lindsy Carpenter led with nine points for Clintonville, followed by Lizzy Weatherwax with five and Erin Vierguta with four. Vierguta also had 11 rebounds.
Little Chute’s Aubrie Hermsen scored a game-high 18 points.
